Butterick 6354 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca. 1971.
Misses' Shirt, Top, Pants, Knickers and Shorts.
Close-fitting top (sized for knits) has jewel neckline and full length sleeves. Semi-fitted shirt has convertible collar and short or full length sleeves. Straight-legged pants and knickers with elasticized legs are darted into waistband. Flared shorts have waistband.

Bust 36 inches / 92 cm
Waist 27 inches / 69 cm
Hip 38 inches / 97 cm
Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has splits down both sides, store stamp on the front.
