Style 4901 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1975.
Misses' and Women's Skirt in Two Lengths, Sleeveless Cardigan and Blouse:
Panelled skirt has waistband and side zipper. Lined sleeveless cardigan has center back seam. View 1 has trim. View 2 has patch pockets and top-stitched trim. Blouse with collar has back zipper, long set-in sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs and optional trim or top-stitched trim.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
