Men's Shirt with Collar Variations:

Top stitched shirt has yoke, front button band, forward shoulder seams, shirt tail hem, long sleeves with placket opening and buttoned cuffs. Views 1, 2, 3 & 4 have neck band and left patch pocket. View 1 has contrast collar with optional eyelets for tie clip. View 2 has buttoned collar. View 3 has spread collar View 5 has front tucks, turned down collar and French cuffs.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
