Loose fitting shirt buttons down the front and has left chest pocket. Make it with short sleeves or long sleeves attached to buttoned band at wrist. Dropped shoulders. Small square collar.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front cover.
