Simplicity 5756 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.

Maternity Top and Pants in Misses' Sizes and Babies' Stuffed Toy:

The tops with front softly gathered to yoke have back zipper. V. 1 and 2 have set-in sleeves. V. 1 has long sleeves with elastic casings. V. 2 has short flared sleeves. Sleeveless V .3 has eyelet edging and rick rack trim. Pants with elastic waistline casing have stay of cotton or nylon stretch jersey or a maternity stretch panel can be used. The stuffed toy is embroidered.

Bust  34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26 1/2 inches / 67 cm

Hips   36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition.
